A. Boil the Spaghetti

I first add a little pint of salt  and vegetable oil in a rolling boiling water. Then add the spaghetti and allow it to boil for 3 minutes .Then I drain the water and set aside in a sieve kept in well aerated area. I do this to avoid further mushiness.

B. Prepare your Meat/Chicken

In a clean pot, spice your meat or chicken with curry, thyme ,salt and seasoning. Cook till done and air fry or fry in hot vegetable oil until juicy and golden brown.

Allow to combine evenly for 3 minutes.

Then add the parboiled spaghetti to the seasoned tomato mix. Cover the pot and allow the sauce to infuse slowly into the spaghetti. Allow to cook on low heat till the water drastically reduce or about to dry completely.

At this point, add the chopped carrots and green peas, spinach or kale, cauliflower or any other vegetable of choice. Cover the pot for about two minutes and put off the light. Garnish with your meat or beef .
